Postage within Australia is capped at $8 and will be added at the checkout. Free postage is automatically applied to all orders of $100 or more. Orders will generally be sent via TOLL DX Mail where applicable. Remaining orders including those addressed to PO Boxes or remote locations will be sent via Australia Post. To ensure orders are delivered, we will include a tracking number.



International Post is available to selected countries and prices are calculated at the checkout and are subject to change. International orders will also be sent via Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided. 



We happily provide refunds where goods are faulty or not as promised. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.



Please read the size charts attached to each product before making a purchase. We recommend using the measurements against a similar piece of clothing that you already own to check sizing. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for ordering the wrong size/change of mind. However, we can offer an exchange or store credit if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods will need to be returned to us, at your expense, before your exchange is posted or store credit is provided. Goods must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition and with all tags attached.



We will happily provide an Exchange, store credit or refund, if your goods are faulty, or if you have mistakenly been sent the wrong order. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the mistake is on our behalf we will cover all postage costs.



When your order is delayed we will happily work with you to track where your order my be located. If your order is unreasonably delayed we will look to replace your order as soon as possible. Orders which have been scanned as ‘delivered’ are considered to have been received by you.
